Fees – Non-Refundable

  • Assessment Fee for New Students:    $25.00 per child
  • Registration & Book Fee:    $300.00 per child
  • Activity Fee K: $70 (Includes graduation dues)
  • Grades 1-4: $25
  • Grades 5-7: $70
  • Grade 8: $135 (Includes graduation dues)

Tuition

FACTS Tuition Management Services handles tuition payments. Tuition is paid in ten monthly installments, August-May, and is due on the 5th or 20th of the month. You choose. Tuition includes extra classes such as gym, art, and drama fees.

K-8th Grades (August through May)

  • One Child:   Monthly: $540.00   Annual:  $5,4,00.00
  • Two Children:   Monthly:  $972.00  Annual:   $9,720.00
  • Three Children:  Monthly: $1,350.00   Annual:  $13,500.00

** Additional siblings $3,780.00 per child **

Delinquent Accounts Policy

Tuition is due the 5th or 20th of each month. Payments received 10 days after your scheduled payment date are subject to a $75.00 late fee. Students will be withheld from school until payment is received IN FULL. As we are a tuition-based institution, we are unable to carry delinquent accounts past 10 days.

 

Before & After School Ministry

Students may arrive as early as 7:00 am, Monday – Friday, and be picked up by 6:00 pm. A separate fee is charged for this service. Students receive a snack, homework help and recreational time each day. Applications are available under the "forms" tab.

 

Additional Fees

Field trips and lunch fees are charged according to the vendor.

 

Transportation

Philadelphia School District
School Bus Transportation is provided to students in grades 1-6 who live more than 1½ miles away from the school. Students in the 7th and 8th grades who reside 1½ miles or more from the school are provided Student Key Cards for public transportation. This service is provided free by the School District of Philadelphia. Applications are available under transportation.

William Penn, SE Delco and Upper Darby School Districts
Transportation is provided to students in Kindergarten – 12th grade. Applications are available under transportation.
